Empowering Local Entrepreneurs Nationwide: Spectrum Reach’s Commitment to Boosting Visibility, Fostering Growth, and Building Thriving Communities through ‘Pay It Forward’ Initiative.
Spectrum Reach, the advertising sales business of Charter Communications, Inc., is on a mission to empower underserved small businesses across the nation through its 2024 “Pay It Forward” initiative. The program, now accepting applications, aims to provide 250 deserving entrepreneurs with a transformative advertising and marketing experience, offering them access to valuable resources to help boost their visibility and success.
Connecting Communities, Supporting Entrepreneurs
Underserved small businesses play a crucial role in local economies, but often face challenges in effectively reaching their potential customers. Spectrum Reach’s Senior Vice President of Marketing, Michael Guth, emphasizes the significance of supporting local businesses: “Small underserved businesses are critical to the local economies of the cities and towns we serve, and they often need help connecting their message to their potential customers.”
With the “Pay It Forward” initiative, Spectrum Reach is committed to providing tools, resources, and marketing expertise to enable these businesses to thrive in their communities.
A Track Record of Success
Since its launch in 2021, the “Pay It Forward” program has already made a substantial impact, investing over $50 million in advertising and resources. Over 2,000 businesses across 36 states have benefited from Spectrum Reach’s support, ranging from coffee shops and childcare facilities to restaurants and law firms.
One success story from the 2023 program is GreaterHealth Pharmacy and Wellness in St. Louis, Missouri. Marcus Howard, the founder, shared his experience: “Through ‘Pay It Forward,’ Spectrum Reach helped us introduce our brand to the St. Louis community with a three-month TV advertising campaign and free commercial. Having our commercial on major network channels built instant credibility; we saw a 23% increase in calls and customers, proving the effectiveness of the program.”
