This August, Fresh Vintage Farms, the California-based family business beloved for its cold-pressed almond and walnut oils, will step into new culinary territory with the debut of its first-ever nut oil–based mayonnaise at Newtopia Now in Denver, Colorado.

Known for championing clean ingredients and sustainable sourcing, Fresh Vintage Farms crafted its new mayonnaise, a nut oil–based mayonnaise using cold-pressed nut oils instead of conventional seed oils — offering a healthier, more flavorful spread for everyday use.

“Our philosophy has always been that better ingredients make better dishes and happier families,” says founder Tommy Tickenoff. “This mayonnaise is our way of bringing the same quality and care we put into our oils into something people use every day.”

The official unveiling will take place during a tasting and demo at Newtopia Now, where attendees can sample the creamy plant-powered mayo, meet the founders, and learn more about the benefits of cold-pressed nut oils. The product will be available for purchase online at freshvintagefarms.com and in 137 Save Mart and Lucky Stores initially, with plans to expand distribution.

Founded in 2019 by third-generation almond farmers Tommy and Tara Tickenoff, Fresh Vintage Farms has earned a following for its artisan oils made from California-grown nuts — including imperfect ones that might otherwise go to waste. All products are non-GMO, cold-pressed, sustainably bottled, and free from additives and fillers.
