There’s something magical about autumn—it whispers of fresh beginnings, daring shifts, and that quiet courage it takes to step into something new. Coach leans into that very energy this season with Revive Your Courage, a cinematic and heartfelt campaign starring returning global ambassador Elle Fanning, alongside powerful new voices: Korean artist SOYEON and Japanese singer-songwriter Lilas. Together, they embody Coach’s call to rediscover the fearless spark of our younger selves.

Grounded in the brand’s purpose, “The Courage to Be Real,” this campaign isn’t just about fashion—it’s about storytelling. It’s about looking inward, shrugging off perfection, and giving ourselves permission to try again, to start again, to live fully. That message feels timely, especially for a generation navigating constant expectations while craving authenticity.

Elle Fanning, with her timeless glow, leads the hero film directed by Jovan Todorović. We meet a young woman stuck in the motions of a conventional life, only to see her suddenly replaced by a childhood version of herself—wide-eyed, playful, unburdened. In a dreamy sequence of tag, her Tabby bag becomes the prize, a symbol of freedom and possibility. The chase unfolds in fields and sunlight, reminding us of that boundless energy we once carried so naturally. By the end, the woman is alone, but transformed. Inside her Tabby, a ticket reads: “Something New.” It’s such a poetic metaphor for what Coach is nudging us all to consider—what’s our “something new” this season?

Joining Elle are two boundary-breaking talents who extend Coach’s reach into vibrant new markets. SOYEON, known for shattering ceilings in male-dominated spaces, shows us her kaleidoscope of creativity in her short film. From stylist to director to star, she embodies every role with style—each paired with a Tabby that amplifies her energy. Lilas, meanwhile, brings the soulful duality of her artistry to life. Switching between two Tabby bags, she unlocks contrasting expressions of her identity, echoing her dynamic career as both vocalist of YOASOBI and a voice actor.

Photographed by Elaine Constantine, the campaign’s stills are pure joy—light-drenched, alive with color, and brimming with the confidence of self-expression. Shot outdoors, each frame feels like a love letter to authenticity, capturing Elle, SOYEON, and Lilas as they are: bold, curious, and unapologetically themselves.

Creative Director Stuart Vevers keeps Coach rooted in craft while propelling it forward. His Fall 2025 collection is a celebration of the house’s leather legacy—think pebble leather, suede, and newer techniques like Spazzolato shine and reverse burnishing for that lived-in, loved effect. The iconic Tabby rightfully remains the star, supported by Brooklyn, Empire, and Bleecker bags, while the Soho Sneaker anchors looks that mix cropped leather jackets, oversized denim, checked tailoring, and pleated dresses. It’s a wardrobe designed not just to be worn, but to be lived in.

What I love about Revive Your Courage is that it feels bigger than a campaign—it’s an invitation. An invitation to dig deep, reconnect with that bold child within us, and step forward into something braver, freer, and more real. And isn’t that what fashion, at its best, should always do?
