There are certain flavors that practically announce that fall has arrived, and caramel sits comfortably near the top of that list. 🍂 For this Cool Fall Find, I’m turning the spotlight on Werther’s Original Harvest Collection and Classic Hard Caramels, a simple seasonal treat that fits right in with sweater weather, movie nights, road trips, office candy bowls and those first evenings when you finally reach for a blanket.
Werther’s Original has built its reputation around that familiar buttery caramel flavor. According to the brand, its caramel candies are made with fresh butter and real cream, while the recipe traces its roots back to candy-maker Gustav Nebel in the German village of Werther in 1909.
